Hall of Fame Award Nomination Form
Criteria for nomination: The inductees must qualify in one or more of the following areas of achievement.
- Significant contribution to the development of the arts and the cultural life in Cornwall, the United Counties of SDG, Akwesasne, and where appropriate, on national or international platforms.
- Contribution made by the nominee to one or more of the following artistic expressions: the performing arts (music, theatre and dance), literary, visual and media arts.
- Recognition and success experienced by the nominee and his/her positive impact on local, national and/or international art scene.
- The breadth and innovation within the local and Canadian “cultural tapestry” shown by the nominee.
This award is the highest award currently presented to a living or deceased artists or contributor in the arts.
Nominations are due by July 1, 2022.
Guidelines:
- No person can nominate himself or herself.
- Members of the public, members of the Committee for the Hall of fame, and community organisations may nominate an individual and/or organisations.
