Noella Cotnam is the woman who decorated the city with the huge historical murals of the Walldog Project in 2001, for which she served as project lead and she continues to re-invent herself constantly by branching out and exploring new vehicles for her passion for art. Noella maintains a very successful career as a commercial artist too, and the products from her traditional sign business, Sign-it Signs, are found all over Cornwall, the counties and the USA. Noella is an artists’ artist, one who supports, coaches, encourages and mentors others in the field. Painting for Noella is “a movement, a two-step, a dance…and it fills me up.”

Noëlla est une artiste qui soutient, encadre, encourage et encadre d’autres personnes dans le domaine.
