Vivianne Panizzon, pianist and composer
Vivianne is an accomplished musician who enriched the music program in the Francophone schools throughout a 34-year teaching career. For example, she introduced the Orff-Schulwerk method and integrated dramatic arts, speech and dance into musical performance. Vivianne formed choirs and wrote music for feasts, festivals and concerts.
She is dedicated to celebrating the beauty of our area through her music compositions, especially through her series, Musical Imageries of the St. Lawrence. She has performed at Cornwall’s Aultsville Hall, the Ottawa Civic Hospital Cancer Centre, the Toronto Roy Thomson Hall and at Arts in the Park in Cornwall etc. Vivianne continues to perform at local events as part of the Clarpian-Duo with Raymond Lacroix and takes great pride in composing the clarinet-piano arrangements and orchestrations for all their performances and CD’s.

Vivianne Panizzon est une musicienne accomplie qui a enrichi la programmation des écoles francophones tout au long de ses 34 années d’enseignement. Elle a introduit la méthode Orff-Schulwerk et a intégré à la performance musicale, les arts dramatiques, l’expression verbale et la danse. Vivianne a formé des chorales et a composé la musique pour multiples fêtes, festivals et concerts.
Elle est dédiée à célébrer la beauté de notre région à travers ses compositions de musique, surtout par le biais de sa série, Imageries musicales du Saint-Laurent. Elle a performé à la Salle Aultsville de Cornwall, au Centre du cancer à l’Hôpital Civique d’Ottawa, au Roy Thomson Hall à Toronto, et à Arts in the Park à Cornwall etc. Vivianne est souvent présente sur scène lors d’évènements locaux, dans le cadre du Clarpian-Duo avec Raymond Lacroix et tire une grande fierté à créer les arrangements et les orchestrations clarinette-piano pour tous leurs spectacles et albums DC.
