Andy Trasuk, actor and writer
Andy was a dynamo in theatrical arts. He performed on the operatic stage of the Cornwall Operatic Society and served as administrator of infrastructure in community theatre in Cornwall. With Ron Sullivan, Rick Forrester, Luc Groulx, Ray Fitt and Doug Hill he founded Glen Productions.
Andy was a formidable writer and editor and produced the Yodler, the newsletter of the Eastern Ontario Drama League. During a long career in community theatre, Andy received many accolades and awards, including the Queen’s Jubilee Medal in recognition of his work in the community in 2002.
